Very interesting presentation by Dr. Stone

Dr. Edwin Stone, researcher at the University of Iowa, just gave a wonderful presentation on April 8th at the New England Ophthalmological Society regarding LCA, focusing on genetic testing and the promising prospects of gene therapy.
It's a very optimistic and at the same time realistic talk, very clear also for the layman. Among other things he seems to suggest that therapy may work in adults with just light perception since birth!
